The handkerchief "Rivers of Russia" was made by designer Nina Ruchkina in collaboration with the Mosturflot company.
The central element of the design is a majestic motor ship conquering the river expanses. It is framed by a chain of golden ropes, anchors and steering wheels, symbolizing the reliability of the Moscow river fleet. Valuable objects of Russia's cultural heritage are located in the four corners of the scarf, giving this accessory a special depth and significance.
Since time immemorial, people have settled along rivers, which were their sources of drinking water, food and main transport arteries. The history of the Moscow River Shipping Company began on May 29, 1857, when it became part of the Great Waterway of the Russian Empire.
Mosturflot has more than a century and a half of experience in river travel and carefully preserves and honors the traditions associated with the river fleet. Ship cruises pass through the picturesque rivers and lakes of Russia and introduce you to the most amazing and unique corners of our vast Homeland.
Let yourself immerse yourself in the history of the river fleet and become a part of it.
Our scarves are made with a soul and need reciprocal spiritual care and attention. They practically do not crumple, they are very pleasant to the touch, delicate and soft. They like to be in public, attend social events, and can't stand being alone. We are always ready for experiments and bold combinations. They will serve faithfully for many years, will never go out of fashion and will always be appropriate and useful.
